What days and times is the luggage room open?

Luggage storage is available every day of the year from 5 am to 11 pm.

How do I reserve a locker?

You can reserve a locker in two ways:

  • Online booking: from www.bagsoff.it select the day and time for which you would like to reserve the locker and proceed to payment. You will receive a confirmation message/email after confirmation of payment with the code for using the locker on the selected date and time.
  • On-site reservation: You can go directly to the locker and reserve the locker in a few minutes. Select all the details on the screen and you will receive, after validation of your payment, a confirmation message/email with the code for use of the locker
I booked online, how do I deposit and collect my luggage?


If you have booked from the website, when you are on site at the totem, simply go to "Deposit" > "I booked online" and enter the code received by SMS/e-mail which you will need for deposit and then also to withdraw.

How many lockers can I book?

By booking ONLINE, 3 lockers can be reserved at the same time, exceeded that limit to reserve more will have to be reserved again.

For multiple reservation, a single payment is made and a different access code will be sent for each locker.

By booking IN LOCO, it is possible to reserve one locker at a time.

How big are the lockers?

All lockers are 87 x 58 x 44 cm for a maximum weight of 50 kg.

How do I collect my luggage?

In the confirmation message/e-mail you received to the contact details you entered at the time of booking, you will find a code that will allow you to open the locker to collect your luggage.

How long can I leave my luggage?

The locker can be reserved for a minimum of 2 hours up to a maximum of 8 hours or for the whole day (5 am to 11 pm).
Please note that regardless of the time of reservation, the locker is daily and the maximum possible time is until 11 pm on the same day.

What happens if I arrive later than my booking deadline to collect my luggage?

In the event that your rental time is extended beyond the time selected at the time of booking, you will be able to pay the difference at the totem, according to the luggage deposit rates, when you collect your luggage.
Please note that the extension of your booking time is only possible on the day of booking and is limited to the opening hours of 5 am to 11 pm.

What happens if I arrive after the closing time of the baggage locker?

Should it be impossible to retrieve your luggage from the locker before the evening closing time, it will be collected and stored for a maximum of 7 days after which, if unclaimed, it will be destroyed. Baggage may be retrieved by paying a fee of €35 per day plus any shipping costs.

I have lost the code to open the locker, how do I do it?

You can call support on +39 035 4533820. You will be asked for the data you entered during the booking process (telephone number + e-mail address/ locker number). If your data is correct, the locker will be unlocked remotely.

I didn’t receive the code via SMS/email, what should I do?

The timing of receiving the code via SMS depends on your telephone operator and not on BAGSOFF, we advise you to wait a few minutes. We remind you that the code is sent to the data entered during the booking process, so remember to check it before completing the operation. If there are any problems call +39 035 4533820.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

It is not possible to change or cancel bookings and there is no refund for non-use of the service.

I forgot something in the locker, can I reopen it?

Certainly, you can re-open the locker from the totem under "Temporary opening" using the code you received in your booking message/email. Temporary opening is permitted a maximum of 3 times.

Which payment methods you accept?

Only card and cash card payments are accepted, cash is not accepted.

Are my luggage safe?

The luggage room is not manned by staff, but has a 24-hour video surveillance service with cameras.
